Additional resources follow-up after onboarding launch

In this video, Carolyn provides a visual walkthrough of the additional resources customers can access after training.
It is generic enough to be sent to multiple customers, but recording her face in the corner still makes a personal connection with the customer. Carolyn will send this video in an email with links to all of these resources, and adds the screenshare video as a visual walkthrough and introduction to those resources. This type of video is an excellent way to enhance any email where you are sharing additional resources, and can be generic like this video - or can be hyper-personalized to a lead, prospect, or customer's particular interests.
